Convenience Center - Now Open to the Public

The Hutchman Road Convenience Center enables you to drop-off your extra garbage or hard to recycle items (fees apply). A residential recycling drop off is available at the main entrance.
All trucks and tractors licensed or registered for over 17,000 lbs and all trailers licensed or registered for over 10,000 lbs must bear an Act 90 Waste Hauler sticker.
Garbage Drop Off
Cost is $75 per ton with a $50 minimum for truck loads, or $4 per bag. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash.
**Vehicles requiring Act 90 stickers must establish an account with our office BEFORE arriving at the facility. Customer forms can be found here and once completed can be submitted to billing@tcrecycling.com.
The process is simple:
1. Drive onto the scale with your loaded truck, tractor or trailer.
2. Follow the signs for the unloading area and drop your trash and junk inside the building.
3. Return to the scale to weigh your emptied vehicle.
4. We will subtract your vehicle's empty weight from its loaded weight, and you will pay according to the difference.
We do not accept hazardous materials including asbestos, medical waste, and radioactive waste. Devices containing freon must have their freon removed and tagged by a licensed technician before being dropped off. Please contact us if you have questions.
Hard-to-Recycle Items (E-Waste, Oil, Antifreeze, Tires & Latex Paint)
For your convenience, we will accept the following hard-to-recycle items:
- E-waste (unbroken televisions and monitors, computers and laptops, printers, and computer peripherals)
- Oil
- Antifreeze
- Latex Paint
- Tires (on or off the rim)
These items may be brought to our drop off facility during the hours listed above. These items must be kept separate from the rest of the load. Additional fees apply. Please come to the office next to the scale to get instructions for payment and unloading.
Residential Recycling Drop Off
A yellow container is located inside the facility gates and outside of the transfer station building. Vehicle parking is provided on either side of the yellow container.
The following items can be deposited in the container during the hours listed above:
- Cardboard
- HDPE and PET plastics
- Aluminum, steel, and bi-metal cans
Commercial customers should inquire with our office about the availability of recycling services.
